Negru Vodă
Negru Vodă is a town in Constanţa County, Dobruja, south-eastern Romania.
The name is probably derived from the legendary Radu Negru (also known as Negru Vodă, the "Black Prince"), founder and ruler of Wallachia.
It has an area of 164.9 km².
The following villages are administered by the town of Negru Vodă: Darabani, Grăniceru and Vâlcele
